I. Purpose :

- Equipped with the basic knowledge of engineering "No Balls" and its principles. Teaching methods of techniques, wrong reasons, the practice and how to fix....

II. Content summary:

- In football, there are many techniques. In particular, move techniques have an important role to form other techniques (pass technique, technique, shooting, shot technique, etc..).

- Technical moves are also many different moves, but 05 moves essentially indispensable when playing football:

***NOTE : 

1/ Techniques Runs :

- Normal Running , run backward, loop run, run zichzac .....

- When running, the focus of football players low, short stride, arms outstretched, sideways, more than athletes.

2/ Sudden Stop :

- Requires player, must use all force to the foot, clinging soil, then, knees and lower focus, with certain inclination.

IV/ Frequent Errors :


- When a sudden stop or back the body, the body can not be stopped and no balance.

- When moving, uncontrollable eye movements on the field.

- Perform moves at a slower pace.

- Make "surfing steps" several times at a slow speed.
